Flaxseed Energy Ball recipe

Nelipot - Flaxseed Energy Ball

 

This energy ball recipe is packed with all natural and nutritious goodies!  It is very easy and quick to make and it's a healthy way to satisfy your sweet tooth!  

 

Ingredients:

15g cold milled flaxseed

5g coconut oil

25g nut butter

60g pecan

20g pumpkin seeds

100g pitted medjool dates

25g oats

15g shredded coconut

20g cacao powder

pinch sea salt

shredded coconut for rolling 

 

Directions:

1. Soak the dates in water for 15 minutes. Rinse and drain well.

2. Combine all ingredients in a food processor / blender until they are sticky.

3. Then take 1 Tbsp measurements and form them into balls with your hands and roll in coconut.

4. Refrigerate for an hour and enjoy!
