Returns & Exchanges
Once order is confirmed and payment is settled, order cannot be changed.
Goods sold are non-refundable. Returns & exchanges will only be applied to our below policy.
For Online purchases and delivery services
- If we shipped the wrong item to you, or if you think that the package was damaged during shipment, kindly please contact Nelipot within 3 days of delivery and we will help you to solve the issue. We reserve the right to accept any late report/ claims.
- Please keep the damaged goods or unopened goods for our inspection/exchanges. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
- Customers who pick up from our Kwai Chung warehouse or our Sheung Wan office, you can check the goods and packages are in good condition. Any quality issue should be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Each item can only be exchanged once and subject to product's stock availability.
